The client had a requirement to build an HRMS module that includes both recruiter & candidate user end. The primary goal of the portal was to cater job applications and screening of candidates.
Having good experience in building HRMS and recruitment management systems, The team of ValueCoders embarked on Journey speaking to the various stakeholders on the client-side and understanding their pain areas while using the software they were currently using.
