Solution Implementation

To understand the business objectives and ensure that the overall design and of the platform was aligned with them, we conducted several stakeholder interviews to get an in-depth understanding of the need for the product and the key challenges faced by the customer.
Integration with Zendesk helped improve the overall customer experience by providing enhanced visibility of the customer’s concerns, ensuring a faster response rate.
To drive more visitors to the website, we introduced comprehensive customer engagement strategies with in-depth usability testing to engage the existing users and more registered members to the platform. ‘Refer a Friend’ turned out to be one strong strategy to increase the overall customer base in a short span of time.
Comprehensive algorithms were implemented; several banking-APIs, including APEX, were integrated to allow users to study and compare a vast portfolio of ETFs, including stocks, bonds, real estate, and commodities and make smart investment choices.
FDIC insurance was introduced for secure management of the customer’s assets.
We ensured all the vulnerabilities and key security protocols were taken into account while developing the web and mobile application.

Results
