A prominent renting platform in the USA asked to build a user-friendly web app for property owners and tenants. We built visually appealing and feature-rich web application in Laravel that offers an all-inclusive rental solution.
The objective is to leverage technology to develop a unique web application in Laravel.
Web admin will take some percentage on the rented items. We developed the website to allow users to search for the item without logging-in, but if they want to rent it, they need to register on the website.
Collaborating with ValueCoders, the client expected a website that provides complete ease to the users. Using the website, users can filter the items by price and distance. User can communicate with the listers through messages and vice-versa. They can also do the review/rating of the listers. The client wanted a secure payment gateway like Stripe.

1. Home Screen :
Users can register by clicking on Sign Up and login by clicking on the Sign In Button.
You need to allow the location for better or nearby items in searching. For searching, the user needs to click on the Search Items Button.
2. Search Items :
Users can search for an item with the name of the item and its description. Users can also filter the items with price and location.
3. Item Detail :
Users can see the item information here with the available date(s). Users (renter) can click the Rent Me button to take an item on rent. If the user wants to know about the item, he can connect with the item Owner (Lister) by the Connect With Owner button.
4. Create Rental :
Users can add date(s) to create the rental and pay the amount via credit card. For the payment, we are using Stripe Connect.
5. Send Message
The user (renter) can send a message to the lister(item owner). Users can ask their queries regarding the item or can get more item information.
