Project Synopsis

As an innovative service provider, ValueCoders aims to leverage technology to develop a website using React in the front end and .NET Core in the back end. Additionally, we can use MySQL as a database. We would like to suggest these latest technology stacks for your project.

The core requirement is to develop a digital platform that would digitize all the processes followed while inspecting and maintaining for inspections of Elevators, Lift Pressure Equipment, etc.

The client contacted us to develop a digitized portal to solve the maintenance and support problems.

Property Owners will first look after the schedule for property maintenance and monitoring. The property owner can also report issues and faults coming around. Property Owners will be updated through reports and checklists regarding everything around the Elevators, Lift Pressure Equipment, etc.

Sub-admin will be part of the super/admin or service provider. The sub-admin will have a role-based job and be assigned to schedule each task to monitor and report.
Super-admin will manage and monitor the complete portal. Some essential tasks would be sub-admin management, report management, task menu management, billing management, etc.

Project Requirements

Our client needed a digital platform to streamline the inspection and maintenance processes for elevators, lifts, and pressure equipment. The core requirement was developing a portal to digitize the workflows around scheduling property servicing, completing inspections, generating reports, and managing billing.

The platform allows property owners to schedule maintenance appointments and track issue resolutions. Role-based access means super admins can monitor all portal activity while assigning tasks to sub-admin employees. Sub-admins conduct scheduled inspections, file detailed reports, and submit invoices.

Key functions include a task menu for allocating jobs, report generation tools, billing management, and the ability to customize modules. Updates and checklists keep property owners informed throughout the process.

The portal centralizes and digitizes maintenance and inspection procedures into an easy-to-use online system. Automating these complex workflows provides transparency, simplifies scheduling, and ensures thorough documentation. The result is a solution enabling clients to optimize equipment servicing and meet compliance requirements.

Solution Implementation

Process
Property Owners will first look after the property maintenance and monitoring schedule in this application. The property owner can also report issues and faults coming around.
Super Admin
  • Super Admin will be able to log in using the domain URL.
  • Super Admin can register the components (Elevator/ Lift). Super Admin can register any component by various parameters to monitor.
  • Choose the type of Component(Elevator/Lift)- According to that, Sub Area Appears with fields that have the details of the customer who maintains it.
  • Super Admin can see the section of documents related to the component that building you maintain, the Agreement, and the Drawing for which is the actual building. Then, the Super Admin can click the Inspection button to save the Component Details and Navigate to the other form.
Inspection Module
  • Admin can see the Serial Number, the unique number, component name, and others.
  • Admin can choose Inspection Type and allocate accordingly.
  • Depending on the Inspection type, the admin will know about the report.
  • Under Inspection, there is a registration section on which billing is based.
  • Admin can change the component details to make the job easier.
  • Admin can add data to the list based on the Inspection Type we chose earlier.
  • Save Inspection (Will save components, cases, and customer details.)
Case Module
  • Admin can see automatically generated customer no. for whom we see the case and where to send the bills.
  • Admin can overview Inspections related to that case (what sort of results and how many assets).
  • Admin can see the section of reports, email, and related related stuff.
  • Admin can choose which files are going to the customer portal.
Documentation
